People must try to understand that I am just a propaganda that the people are using to protect the interest of a few greedy nations. Seeing the developing countries rise to power, some if these developed nations tried to make me and I was circulated as the burning issue of all time. Textbooks were printed, letters were written, summits were called, e-mails were written, reports were written and even the small kids have infused the injection since birth. So, these kids have forgotten to consume energy efficiently. They are more into conserving things in order for the developed countries to prosper. I guess they want to come again to rule the nations, so they must conserve the resources for them.
There is a considerable difference between using things efficiently and wasting things. First to use things deficiently, one needs to learn to use the things but the kids in the developing world are more into conserving things first, and they are the ones sometimes ending up not using the resources. So, wasting is out of the context. The one who is in the need of learning more about me is the developed nations who know hoe to under-utilize things. Still, if you don't believe me, look at the carbon footprint of the developed and developing nations. Both the categories are either over and underutilizing their resources.
I know some of the earlier generations are like, no it is true and we believe in it. Let me make it clear, I am a natural phenomenon like the change in season, the water cycle, and others biogeochemical cycles in the world. Tell me, were humans responsible for the three ice ages that have departed. There have been fossils of herbs found on the north pole. Were humans responsible for the ice age melts? No humans weren't responsible at all.
Call of the hour is the eradication of poverty and logical distribution of resources. It demands lesser energy consumption and use of high energy efficient machines and equipments and even lesser waste generation from the side of the developed nations because they can afford to buy such equipment but the developing countries must increase their energy consumption to increase their efficiency levels and as they can't afford high-quality devices, they must follow the rules of business more. So, the need of the hour is the call for energy efficiency.
